Personal attention

Care that starts with listening.

Every household has its own rhythm. We begin with your routines, your dates and the details you want someone to notice while you are away.

You work directly with Nadine, from the first conversation to the final handover. Each engagement uses a private domestic service contract with clear responsibilities, an agreed schedule and a backup plan. Any substitute is discussed and approved in advance.

Meet Nadine Johnson

Personal care starts with a conversation.

I’m Nadine, founder of All Inclusive Unlimited and a U.S. veteran. I created this service for families who value personal attention, discretion and continuity when life takes them away from home.

I begin by listening to how your household runs and what support you need. Together, we put those details into a practical plan. I personally perform accepted engagements, one at a time.

Questions

Before we begin.

Where do you provide services?

Estate sitting is offered in Northern Virginia, subject to location and availability. Flight companionship is arranged from DCA, IAD and BWI, with DC metro pickup locations confirmed individually.

Does overnight care include continuous active care?

No. Your agreement defines active care, overnight presence, rest and approved backup coverage. Children and pets must have an appropriate care arrangement throughout the engagement.

Can my child travel with you?

Potentially, after review of the child’s needs, legal permissions and airline rules. An accompanying-adult arrangement must be accepted by the carrier; it is not a guaranteed substitute for an airline’s unaccompanied minor program.

What assistance do you provide during travel?

Agreed non-medical companionship, airport navigation, practical luggage support and coordination of airline assistance. No medical or hands-on personal care is included. We review individual needs before accepting an itinerary.

What does my pet need to fly?

Requirements vary by species, carrier, route and destination. They may include an accepted carrier, vaccinations, certificates, tests or treatments. Required veterinary documents and any applicable business transport authorizations must be in place before travel.

What happens if my return is delayed?

If your return is delayed, I will try to contact you and your designated backup contacts promptly and follow your written backup-care plan. Your agreement explains any additional care charges and how a safe handoff will be arranged.

How is my service quoted?

After a consultation, Nadine prepares a personal proposal identifying your agreed hours, service fees, approved expenses and cancellation terms. Booking requires a signed agreement and explicit confirmation.
